We also work directly with agencies and aides to ensure a continuous schedule and that all at-home needs are taken care of, including meals, supplies, medications, etc.

If your aging loved one requires rehabilitative services such as occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, or counseling, we are happy to recommend practitioners and work directly with them on the individual needs of the patient. Our team also reviews Medicare and long-term care insurance guidelines for providers on your behalf.

From bi-annual dental cleanings to regular visits with a primary care physician, our care managers will schedule and, when necessary, attend appointments and any requisite follow-up visits. Comfortable transportation can also be arranged to/from medical offices.
